Painting machinery
Fully automated line for the aplication of powder colours by TRIBO system with chemical pre-adjustment of printing parts - degreasing, washing with demineralizated water and with dabbing of protective layer with phosphate. As a part of this line there is a machinery for depainting of casing-in preparatives.
Maximal dimensions of painting parts hung at a trolley conveyer: l * h * w (mm) 1200 * 960 * 320.

Tampon printing at Quartz 90 machine with one-time painting box, max. size of the printing: average 75 mm.
Assembling line
Workplace with 3 belt conveyors with workplaces equipped by air conditioning and el. connectors for connecting of pneumatic or electric screw-drivers or other tooling and machineries for serial assembly of products by belting production type. Working place is equipped by paster for carton boxes too and twinning machine where is possible to twine packed products standing on the pallet (e.g. EURO) to the stretch film for easy transport to the loading ramp or to the stock or directly to customer..

For maintening of sufficient quantity of technically pressed air there is own compressor station with 2 screw compressors KAESER BS 61 with powder room of pressed air by filtration and frozing.
Own exchanger station connected to heat pipe for heating up all places and offices.
